Part of every LabelsPlatform4 installation is a remote support tool to help our customers with problems as fast as possible.

TICKET SYSTEM

Our ticket system is available for users without a support contract (SLA). You can check the status of your support request at any time (ticket status).

SUPPORT CONTRACTS - SECURE YOUR ACCESS TO OUR EXPERTS

We offer our customers 3 levels of support contracts (SLA) to choose from. Based on your industry, installation scope and number of users, you can decide which SLA you want to use to ensure fast access to our experts. Customers who choose to sign an SLA with us receive priority support and free software updates during the SLA validity period. SLA customers also have free access to our support hotline and ticket system (as part of the SLA).
